Each apartment comes with:

-Monthly Flat Fee rate for Utilities

Fees

Application Fee: $40*

Security Deposit: Dependent on Floor Plan

Pet Security Deposit: $200 

Pet Rent: $25 per month per pet**

*Application Fees are charged only when an apartment is available. 

**Maximum 2 pets per apartment. All pets subject to approval.
